1. Secure Your Bundle with a Deposit
Choose the size of your beef option—1/8th, 1/4, 1/2, or a whole cow—and pay a deposit or pay in full to lock in your order. This step reserves your share of premium grass-fed beef, ensuring you don’t miss out.
2. We Select, Finish, Then Process Beef
Selecting the Best
We start by hand-selecting the healthiest, fattest, and most well-rounded cattle from our pasture. These cows are chosen for their premium condition, ensuring that every cut of beef meets our high standards of quality and flavor.
Finishing to Perfection
Once selected, these cattle are brought to the perfect finishing weight, ensuring their meat is marbled, tender, and full of natural flavor. Our finishing process allows the cattle to maintain their stress-free, pasture-raised lifestyle while preparing them for processing.Processing with Precision
When the cattle reach the ideal size, we work with trusted local processors to handle every step with care. Each cut of beef is processed, packaged, and frozen at peak freshness, so it’s ready to ship straight to your freezer.

3. Invoicing the Remaining Balance
While your beef is carefully raised and processed, you can relax, knowing that every cut is prepared to the highest standards. Once your beef is ready, we’ll send you an invoice for the remaining balance. If you choose to pay in full, then you are all set! We will keep you informed about the steps your beef goes through.
4. Time For Pickup
After your final payment, you can pick up your beef from one of our pickup locations or schedule a time to meet. Each package is expertly cut, wrapped, and frozen, arriving in freezer-ready portions. All you need to do is unpack, stock up your freezer, and prepare for a season of delicious meals.
We also realize that times get busy and not all days are suitable for everyone, so we offer pickup at local locations in Oroville, Tonasket, and Omak. We also attend the Oroville and Tonasket Farmers Market, and you can always pick up from there. We will also work with you in the case you may different accomidations.
